Every 1UpEDU kit includes access to the 1UpEDU Framework for Life and a curated collection of tabletop and video games. The Framework provides guidance on using these games to positively impact your school’s climate and help students build meaningful connections. By simply opening the box or pressing play, students will engage with one another, breaking down social stereotypes and barriers in the process.

Preparing Socially Awkward
Students for Life
Embrace the power of Haven's Quest, a Role-Playing Game designed to help socially isolated and awkward students build friendships, develop real-world social skills, and collaborate to overcome challenges in a supportive small-group setting. As the Game Master, you will guide your chosen students through ten engaging Adventure Scenarios, each carefully aligned with the P21 Framework and CASEL's 5 Core Competencies.

Inspire your students to make a difference by organizing a fundraiser for a local charity, participating in a community clean-up effort like restoring a nearby creek, or raising awareness for an important cause. 1UpEDU proudly offers a comprehensive system of projects designed to inspire students and develop real-world skills rooted in the Streaming Industry.
Through this program, students will:

Project 1: Build a custom streaming PC using parts provided by 1UpEDU.

Project 2: Utilize tools like Open Broadcaster Software (OBS), Streamlabs OBS, or Meld Studio to design and manage a school-based streaming brand.

Social Intervention Systems Kit

Havens Quest is a carefully crafted role-playing game designed to empower teachers to teach essential social skills to students who may feel isolated or struggle socially. By bringing together small groups of four to five students for an imaginative and collaborative experience, Havens Quest fosters meaningful friendships, builds confidence through shared successes, and equips students with valuable social skills that can have a lasting impact.
This program is grounded in evidence-based practices, aligning with the P21 Framework for 21st Century Learning, incorporating CASEL's Core Competencies, and embedding PBIS strategies into every pre-designed adventure. Havens Quest is a powerful tool for advancing social-emotional learning and encouraging positive behaviors in the classroom.
